How can I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by clicking "Book an Appointment" on our website and selecting your Family Physician. You may also contact our office directly at 705-688-1359. 

How can I become a Patient?

Unfortunately none of our Physicians are accepting new patients at this time. Please contact Health Connect at 811 for more information on how to get a Family Physician.

How do I get my prescriptions renewed?

Please contact your pharmacy 2 weeks in advance and ask them to send a renewal request to our office, if you require an appointment for the renewal, our office will contact you to book one!
